The NSW Government's Investing in Women Grant is opening for Stage Two applications from April 13 to 24, 2026. This is your chance to secure funding between $25,000 and $750,000 for projects that support women in business. If your organisation was shortlisted in Stage One, now's the time to prepare your full application. Learn more about the grant. What Is the Investing in Women Grant?The Investing in Women Grant supports projects that align with the NSW Women's Strategy. It's designed to help women start, grow, or sustain their businesses through practical programmes and resources. The grant is open to incorporated not-for-profits, social enterprises, and women-owned businesses. Funding ranges from $25,000 to $750,000, depending on the scope and impact of your project. Who Can Apply for Stage Two?Stage Two is only open to organisations that were shortlisted after Stage One. If you received an invitation, you're eligible to submit a full application. Eligible applicants include:• Incorporated not-for-profits registered in NSW Your project must benefit women in NSW and align with at least one of the four pillars of the NSW Women's Strategy: safety, economic opportunity, health and wellbeing, or leadership. Key Dates You Need to KnowStage Two application period: 10am Monday, April 13, 2026 to 3pm Thursday, April 24, 2026 That's an 11-day window. Applications must be submitted through SmartyGrants before 3pm on April 24. What Will Your Application Need?The full application is more detailed than Stage One. You'll need to demonstrate how your project will make a real difference for women in NSW. Your application should include:• A detailed project plan with clear outcomes Simple Ways to Get Found LocallyIf your organisation delivers programmes for women business owners, getting found online is essential. Claim your Google Business Profile. This free tool helps your organisation show up in local searches. Use local keywords on your website. Include phrases like "women's business support NSW" in your page titles and content. Making the Most of This OpportunityThe Investing in Women Grant is competitive, but it's also one of the most significant funding opportunities for women's programmes in NSW. Focus on telling a clear, compelling story about the difference your project will make. Use data, examples, and testimonials to bring your application to life. Applications open April 13 at 10am.
